Create a symptom reporting site, where people with Covid-19 symptoms self-report

As a scientist, I believe we should be taking a more controlled stance on the disease, rather than reacting. However, I recognise that we do not have the people or the tests to test everyone. Collecting this data would enable scientists to track the progression of the disease in the UK and also to have the personal information required to send out self-testing kits once they are available in an environment where people will feel safe to provide personal medical information.
