Many vulnerable households do not have access to the Internet & no means to pay installation fees and monthly costs. It is vital people stay connected during social distancing. It is a way for people to keep up to date with news & stay in contact with friends & family. I work with vulnerable adults, many not online. A lot are losing their jobs and need to apply for universal credit or log into their accounts but rely on libraries or services to do this, all of which are closing down.
