Fund the construction of a sea wall surrounding the whole of Great Britain

With rising sea levels and coastal erosion rates in Britain some of the worst in Europe it's about time funding is secured to build a sea wall looping around the whole island of Great Britain to protect communities near the sea. With a coastline of 12.4 thousand km a sea wall could cost £89Bn.
