Pheasants are reared in appalling conditions to be let out for shoots. Often the are killed on roads as they have no road sense due to being kept in captivity. Thousands of birds are shot purely for fun and dumped by the trailer load. How can this terrible so called sport be allowed to continue! It is a dated and barbaric tradition thats long overdue a ban.
