Rejected Petition: Permanently Ban Fracking

We want the government to legislate for a permanent fracking ban. The current moratorium on fracking means that fracking has only been suspended and this suspension doesn't include exploratory drilling. Because the suspension hasn't been made law, the government can start fracking again.
