Most category D buses are nearly 7.5 ton or over so any category D license holder would be able to handle a vehicle between 3.5 to 7.5 ton. The same thing can be said for any category C license holders, they handle vehicles 7.5 ton's or over so would be able to safety handle a mini bus.
