Fund Birmingham Youth Centers to keep the youth from committing knife crime.

In Birmingham, knife crime rates have doubled since 2012. The Youth Center would stop youth from committing these crimes and would also strengthen the community. This is the reason why we, as a community, would like the youth center funded.
