16 year-olds plus be given a vote in plebiscites relating to leaving the EU.

The vote on Scotland leaving the UK 2014 set the voting age at 16. It was clearly felt by Parliament that 16 year-olds could have a reasonable view about being part of both the UK and the EU. Yet this was denied by Parliament in the 2016 referendum on being part of the EU.
