reconsider the awarding the West Coast Rail Franchise to FirstGroup.

As a regular user of the West Coast main line I have found Virgin to be a reliable, fairly priced with good customer service.FirstGroup on the Great Western and Great Eastern services which was more or less the antithesis, poor reliability, expensive and poor customer service.
