Theresa May's Withdrawal Agreement ties the UK into EU institutions after Brexit. Boris Johnson has merely focussed on removing the backstop from the Withdrawal Agreement. The UK Government must completely reject the Withdrawal Agreement and free the UK from all EU institutions after Brexit.
