The UK Government should deliver funding to support businesses in implementing Mental Health support schemes for their employees. Inadequate support is currently available for businesses to implement schemes for their employees.
By engaging with people that are suffering mental health issues early we can drastically the effect/possibility of long term problems.
Many Mental Health conditions including stress, anxiety and depression can come as a direct result of workloads and environments.
With government support of businesses, we can help assist those who need it the most at the earliest possible stage.
