Political Party Councillors do an amazing job and are similar things to what the MP’s do. So I think Councillors job need to be full time or part time and for them to have a proper pay salary as they do so much hard work and deserve a proper pay salary.

Councillors get allowances but that’s not good enough, as I’ve said in the ‘background’ they do similar things as MP’s and it’s only fair that Councillors are paid a real wage instead of the allowances.
Councillors are part of the political parties and so they should be made equal and shown that their hard work is noticed etc.
