Start the ban on small plastic items in August 2019, not April 2020.

The plastic crisis is happening now - not next year, not in 5 years time, it's right now. For some reason the UK ban on plastic drinking straws, stirrers and plastic-stemmed cotton buds is not happening until April 2020. The delay is unnecessary. Please bring the ban forward to August 2019.
