Make it law that all job application processes must make sure that applications and cv's are considered without access to the candidates personal information including their name.

As there is race discrimination and it should be based on how qualified someone is for the job. Too many are suffering unjustly because of their race, even if they are far more qualified for a job than others This would solve the issue of women not getting jobs because they are female. People not getting jobs because of their race. Someone should only get a job if they worked for it or are qualified to do so, not because of their race or gender.
