Force airports to stop taxiing and move aircraft around using electric vehicles.

A NASA report states that 25 percent of airplane emissions come from landing and taking off.That includes taxiing, which is the largest source of emissions in the landing-takeoff cycle. Therefore, make airports use electric vehicles to move aircraft around. Reducing polution and creating jobs.
