UK government should condemn the persecution of LGBTQ+ people in Chechnya

The UK government and many other countries haven't taken enough of a stand in my opinion with only the use of the Vienna Mechanism to ask Russia questions about the issues and just hope Russia respects human rights, and this is not enough. I believe stronger forms of intervention are required.
