To have a Council Tax reduction whilst on Maternity and Paternity leave.

With many parents struggling to live on the statutory Maternity pay due to it being so little. (£148.68 a week) Students are able to receive a discount and I believe that individuals on Maternity and Paternity should be entitled to the same.
