Offer incentivised knife-amnesty programmes to reduce knife crime

Knife crime is on the increase in London, with no signs of slowing down. It is proposed that there is are incentivised knife amnesty programmes that allow young people to trade knives in for rewards such as vouchers, trainers, video games, etc.
