Introduce a ‘dog tax’ based on the German model. Dependant on the dog type and local authorities, German’s can pay annually in excess of 800e per dog. There is an increasing, estimated 8.7 million dogs in the Uk which is spiralling out of control.

Reduced ‘noise pollution’.
Funding for improved control, ‘policing’ of dogs and creating jobs.
