Not hold elections to the European parliament in 2019

The UK voted in 2016 to leave the EU. The fact that parliament has not yet carried out this instruction is a travesty to our democracy. We should not add insult to injury by incurring the costs and debacle of planning for and holding further elections to the European parliament.
