Change Polling Day to Monday or Friday to prevent School closures midweek.

Schools often have to close on a Thursday for Polling day, then re-open on Friday to then if with the Bank Holiday being the following Monday. Whilst Schools could use the in service days to stay closed on the Friday polling day is the week before Year 6 SATS so causes major disruption.
