Trade should cease with countries that meet the following criteria... A) The death penalty is proscribed in criminal law for homosexuality. B) The offence is not illegal in the UK. C)i) An execution has occurred in the past decade ii) The nation does not publish execution statistics

iii) If in the past 10 years, the nation has misleadingly denied that there had been an execution in the preceding decade, when in fact there had been, the act will also apply if there had been any executions in the decade prior to the false statement.
D) The execution was sanctioned by the state.
E) The individual was executed for homosexuality and not for another offence (e.g. Murder).
A,B,D, and E as well as at least 1 subsection of C, are all required for this act to be enforced.
