To replace the House of Lords with a permanent Citizen’s Assembly.

The anachronistic institutions of British politics are failing and neither referenda nor representative democracy gives a true voice to the people. A permanent Citizen’s Assembly as a replacement for the second chamber facilitated by a process of sortition would introduce real democracy.
