Leave the EU with a clause to opt back in, in ten year's time.

The UK government MUST do the will of the majority and leave the EU as requested this year. To stop all the nonsense of a second referendum, we feel it would be prudent to exit but negotiate a clause allowing opt back in 2029 if the public decree that as their wish (future referendum) at the time.
