I am a teenager in foster care at the moment. People living in care have often been through and seen so much that they are more grown up than other teenagers are at the same age.

They should have the same rights to make decisions as adults. Many are Gillick competent for medical decisions. There should be a similar system for them to make other non-medical decisions.
