Is it fair and just that someone who takes a life and is of sound body and mind is allowed to carry on living albeit incarcerated in one of HM prisons, and in due time being released by nature of serving their sentence or early parole .

If the death Penalty was to be reintroduced in the UK. it would surely bring down knife and gun crime and make people think twice before committing premeditated or random attacks on innocent members of the public
