The Financial Secretary to the Treasury (Sajid Javid)
The Government are today publishing the review of the Dormant Bank and Building Society Accounts Act 2008. As set out in the legislation, HM Treasury is required to undertake a review and to lay this before Parliament within three years from the date when a reclaim fund is first authorised.
A copy of the review published today is available from the Library of the House and on the HM Treasury website.
