To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent discussions he has had with the Royal College of Nursing on pay and working conditions for nurses.

My Rt hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care met with Pat Cullen, the General Secretary and Chief Executive of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) on 10 November and he met with representatives of the RCN on 15 November. I met with RCN representatives on 7 November.
