As you know, Mr Speaker, I am proud to represent York, a city that works hard, has excellent connectivity, two universities, and of course the York Central project, which includes a major Government Property Agency building. Does my hon. Friend agree that it is about time more civil service jobs moved out of London and into York, which is ideally placed to deliver graft and common sense in equal measure?
