To ask Her Majesty's Government what is the detailed breakdown of the amount forecast to be spent on corporate services by NHS Track and Trace in its 2021–22 budget; what has been spent to date against that budget line in the current financial year; and how much has been spent on the use of management consultants from that budget line.

The programme is expected to spend £1,779 million on corporate services in 2021/22, which includes spend on finance, legal, commercial, human resources, digital, policy and communication services. However, a detailed breakdown of the forecast spend, the spend to date against that budget line and on management consultants is not currently available as it is being collated and centrally validated.

Payment for cataract surgery within the National Health Service depends on complexity and tariffs for each procedure varies from £973.42 to £1070.36. Data is not collected on the cost of cataract operations carried out by the independent sector, on behalf of the NHS.

To ask Her Majesty's Government what personal data is held on the database of people who have received a COVID-19 vaccination; and who can that data be shared with.

Within NHS Digital, information is held on people who have received a COVID-19 vaccination including their name, postcode, date of birth, National Health Service number, gender, date of COVID-19 vaccination, type of vaccine received and batch number. The data can be shared with the person’s general practitioner practice, Public Health England, the Joint Biosecurity Centre, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency and the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Modelling. The data can also be shared with organisations or individuals via NHS Digital Data Access Request Service, subject to them being able to meet strict data governance standards and having an appropriate legal basis.
