That Standing Order 44 (No two stages of a Bill to be taken on one day) be dispensed with on Tuesday 19 October to allow the Compensation (London Capital & Finance plc and Fraud Compensation Fund) Bill to be taken through its remaining stages that day.

My Lords, I start by gently reminding all noble Lords that the recommendation for questions is that they should be about 30 seconds long. That will allow more noble Lords to get in. I will also do my best to prevent Ministers speaking for too long.
