Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what estimate he has made of the potential effect of the UK leaving the EU on the value of the assets of the Crown Estate.
Answered by Andrew Jones
In accordance with The Crown Estate Act 1961, The Crown Estate is a body independent of government and the Monarch. The Crown Estate operates commercially at arm’s length from the Treasury. The Chancellor has therefore not made an estimate of the potential effect of the UK leaving the EU on the value of The Crown Estate’s assets.

The NAO also published a Fraud Landscape Review in 2016, since when annual reporting by the Cabinet Office has been enhanced.
