The Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs (Mr David Lammy)
The latest six-monthly report on the implementation of the Sino-British joint declaration on Hong Kong was published today and is attached. It covers the period from 1 January to 30 June 2024. The report has been placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
