[<em>Interruption</em>.] Your motion today makes no mention—no mention at all—of the UK Government's responsibilities. It makes no mention at all of the UK Government's responsibilities. What I would say to you is this: you believe that we should be part of a union in the United Kingdom. We have mutually agreed responsibilities. You want us to step up to ours; you need to ask your political masters in Westminster to step up to theirs. Your party's motion makes no mention of the responsibility of the UK Government, as if it's entirely divorced from the developments in Wales. And it's completely understandable to me that you do that, because you have a record of colossal failure in the energy sector, and it's easier forgotten. [<em>Interruption</em>.] I'll remind you of one. Do you remember the Charles Hendry report? You sat on those benches opposite here and supported it—</p> |
