A Bill to make provision about airspace change proposals and about the licensing regime for air traffic services under Part 1 of the Transport Act 2000, to confer police powers relating to unmanned aircraft and requirements in Air Navigation Orders and to provide for fixed penalties for certain offences relating to unmanned aircraft

This Bill received Royal Assent on 29th April 2021 and was enacted into law.

To ask His Majesty's Government whether the Chief Secretary to the Treasury approved the salary of the Prime Minister’s Chief of Staff as per the senior pay controls process.

Following his appointment as the Prime Minister’s Chief of Staff, senior pay control processes were followed and the Chief Secretary to the Treasury provided salary approval.
