Community sentences Justice and Home Affairs Committee (Select) Not accepting submissions The Justice and Home Affairs Committee is conducting an inquiry on community sentences. The Committee is focussing on community orders and is considering practical aspects related to their use and delivery. The Committee is interested in trends in the use of community sentences (downwards or otherwise), barriers to their use, and best practices in their delivery. It seeks to understand the range of activities available across England and Wales and to assess the extent and impact of local disparities in the availability of such activities. |
