Asked by: Lord Brennan of Canton (Labour - Life peer) Wednesday 9th April 2025 Question to the Cabinet Office: To ask His Majesty's Government what were the pay bands of Government special advisors in each year from 2020; and how many special advisors were employed in each pay band in each of those years. Answered by Baroness Anderson of Stoke-on-Trent - Baroness in Waiting (HM Household) (Whip) Details of special adviser numbers and pay bands from 2020 are published in the annual report on special advisers and available on gov.uk at: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/special-adviser-data-releases-numbers-and-costs. The 2024/25 annual report will be published later this year.
