We call on the Government to extend free bus travel to all people over 60 years old in England outside London. We believe the current situation is unjust and we want equality for everyone over 60.

More than 20 airports across the UK have expansion plans, which will result in a combined increase of 60%+ capacity. More flights means more emissions, at a time when we should be doing everything we can to reduce emissions and avert climate catastrophe.
Introduce presumed liability for civil cases relating to certain road collisions, to shift the burden of proof. It would mean when vulnerable road users, e.g cyclists & pedestrians, claim against a more powerful road user (a driver), the driver would be presumed liable unless they prove otherwise.

I would like the government to review the process for booking driving tests and ban the resale of driving tests at inflated prices. I think there should be penalties for those caught doing so.
Make it a legal requirement at the point of sale of a secondhand vehicle to request proof of age and photo id, update the current V5C, and develop a seller portal via the DVLA vehicle check system. Failure to follow this process should lead to a prosecution or a fixed penalty for the seller
We call on the Government to remove Section 19 exemptions for schools in the Transport Act 1985, so children and young people are only driven by qualified, professional drivers, and that minibuses are maintained to commercial standards, by requiring a full Public Service Vehicle Operator’s Licence.
