Reduce Vehicle Excise Duty by 50% for vehicles aged 20 to 39 years
- 49,779 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 54,740 - 164 added in the past 24hrs)
Introduce a 50% VED reduction for cars aged 20–39. High taxes force functional vehicles to be scrapped, creating a "disposable" culture. Keeping existing cars is greener than building new ones, as it preserves embedded carbon. This "Young-Timer" bracket supports the circular economy and UK heritage.

- 29,163 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 38,130 - 265 added in the past 24hrs)
It is legal in the UK to hit a cat when driving and not need to stop or report collisions, leaving them scared, alone, and in pain. Cats are important, loved, valued family members for many and we believe the law should reflect this.

- 2,496 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 6,256 - 24 added in the past 24hrs)
The East West Rail Line was due to open last December for passenger services. It’s still not running. The Government needs to break the deadlock between Chiltern Railways and unions. There needs to be effective negotiation to resolve differences and find a solution. Services need to run urgently.

Cap airport drop-off and pick-up fees at £5 across UK airports
- 791 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 3,849 - 27 added in the past 24hrs)
Introduce legislation to cap airport drop-off and pick-up charges at £5 across all UK airports and prevent any further increases. The Government should regulate these charges to ensure they remain fair and reasonable for passengers, drivers and transport providers.
Launch a review into airport terminal drop-off charges
- 3,068 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 3,476 - 4 added in the past 24hrs)
We want the Government to a launch a review into UK airport drop-off fees which looks into giving the CAA powers to audit and cap all airport drop-off fees. The review should look into ways to abolish profit-making from forecourts, a 10-minute free grace period, and preventing cost manipulation.
Increase HMRC Mileage Allowance to 70p per mile
- 2,791 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 3,338 - 4 added in the past 24hrs)
The 45p per mile mileage allowance has been static for fifteen years. Since April 2011, prices in the UK have increased by around 49.2% according to the Bank of England. We want the allowance to increase to 70p a mile.
Allow test-free A2 to A motorcycle licence upgrades after two years
- 2,968 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 3,038 - 8 added in the past 24hrs)
We should allow automatic A2 to full A licence upgrades for retaining an A2 licence for 2 years.
The test for A2 and A are the same, and while the type of motorcycle is different, we feel the test doesn't address the extra power allowed on a 35 kW+ motorcycle.
Reinstate Post 16 transport for disabled young adults

(Estimated Final Signatures: 2,438 - 1 added in the past 24hrs)
Reinstate Post 16 transport for disabled young adults. Personal Transport Budgets do not work for all families.
Reduce the Motability Drive Smart age limit from 30 to 25
- 1,452 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 1,729 - 19 added in the past 24hrs)
I want the government to reduce the Motability Drive Smart age to 25 and under because Motability already allows access to certain cars at 25. It’s inconsistent to set 30 for Drive Smart. Aligning policies ensures fairness and equal access for all drivers.
