David Isaac, CBE, having been created Baron Isaac, of Abergavenny in the County of Monmouthshire, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Baroness Royall of Blaisdon and Lord Collins of Highbury, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
