Carol Laurette Linforth, OBE, having been created Baroness Linforth, of Redland in the City of Bristol, was introduced and made the solemn affirmation, supported by Lord Reid of Cardowan and Baroness Rebuck, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
