Carmen Ria Smith, having been created Baroness Smith of Llanfaes, of Llanfaes in the County of Ynys MĂ´n, was introduced and made the solemn affirmation, supported by Lord Wigley and Baroness Bennett of Manor Castle, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
