Susan Jane Nye, having been created Baroness Nye, of Lambeth in the London Borough of Lambeth, was introduced and made the solemn affirmation, supported by Baroness Royall of Blaisdon and Baroness Kinnock of Holyhead, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
