Speed Limits (England) Bill 2017-19


The Bill failed to complete its passage through Parliament before the end of the session. This means the Bill will make no further progress. prohibit permanent derogations from a 30 mile per hour speed limit in built-up areas in England; to make provision for the circumstances in which speed limits below 30 miles per hour may be introduced; and for connected purposes.
