Genocide Determination (No. 2) Bill 2017-19

The Bill failed to complete its passage through Parliament before the end of the session. This means the Bill will make no further progress. provide for the High Court of England and Wales to make a preliminary finding on cases of alleged genocide; and for the subsequent referral of such findings to the International Criminal Court or a special tribunal.
