Radio Equipment (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2025 The Windsor Framework requires that the European Union (“EU”) legislation listed in its Annex 2 is implemented in Northern Ireland. Directive 2014/53/EU (“the Radio Equipment Directive”) is listed in Annex 2 to the Windsor Framework.
