Health and Safety (Amendment) Bill 2010-12


The Bill failed to complete its passage through Parliament before the end of the session. This means the Bill will make no further progress. amend the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 to give health and safety inspectors the power to apply for a court order to freeze the assets, or parts thereof, of a company under investigation following a death or serious injury at work; and for connected purposes.
