I would like the Government to ensure that the eligibility criteria for legal aid to ensure that all single parents are eligible, regardless of their income or the case being heard. I think this will help to ensure that it is accessible to everyone who needs it.
Found: I don't believe that single parents have sufficient access to help with funding legal representation.
