The Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) has made available to GP practices £1,412 million in 2023/24 to employ people in 17 new roles. We would like GP practices to also be able to use this money to pay for practice nurses, salaried GPs and locum GPs, who are currently excluded from ARRS.

(Estimated Final Signatures: 8,266 - 9 added in the past 24hrs)
There is a lack of support or check ups for endometriosis. The disease is under researched, without a cure and can be left to worsen and can cause severe, chronic pain. More funding is needed to improve treatment options and increase research.
Require bowel care policies and specialist bowel care at all NHS hospitals
- 7,296 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 7,855 - 12 added in the past 24hrs)
We want the Government to ensure every NHS hospital has a bowel care policy and specialist bowel care. No one should be left unable to go to the toilet, potentially for days, because the hospital doesn’t have a bowel care policy or specialist staff.

(Estimated Final Signatures: 4,850 - 10 added in the past 24hrs)
We think there should be a review in the way that topical corticosteroids are prescribed by GPs and Dermatologists. There are concerns about the withdrawal reactions, known by some as Red Skin Syndrome.

(Estimated Final Signatures: 4,023 - 24 added in the past 24hrs)
The current age of breast cancer screening for women is 50-70 year olds however research suggests there has been a rise in breast cancer in younger ages. I think it would be great if we offered screening to 28-70 year olds, to catch this disease at a much earlier stage.
Fund routine genetic testing in pregnancy
- 3,800 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 3,922 - 2 added in the past 24hrs)
I would like the Government to fund routine genetic testing for all expectant mothers. I recently lost my son, Oscar, to a rare genetic disorder. If genetic testing during pregnancy had been offered, there potentially could have been more options/ chances to save Oscar.

Fund increased care and support for people with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome
- 2,568 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 3,571 - 31 added in the past 24hrs)
As someone affected by MCAS challenges, including misdiagnosis, limited awareness, and medication access, I urge government to fund activities to enhance awareness, increase research funding, support medication access and collaborate with patient advocacy to support a patient-centric approach.
