Answered by Hyslop, Fiona - Minister for Transport Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited (CMAL), as procuring authority, undertakes robust open procurement exercises in line with relevant legislation and guidance for all new vessel projects. In previous procurement exercises CMAL has received interest from shipyards worldwide. |
