Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask Her Majesty's Government what account they plan to take of the Court of Justice of the European Union's judgment on 12 April (C-323/17) relating to the conservation of natural habitats in the drafting of the revised National Planning Policy Framework.

The Government is currently examining the implications of this judgment, which, amongst other things, concerns both the habitats regulations and the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
